Sackville Swim Club Fees are a combination of 3 seperate fees

1. Sackville Swim Club Registration Fee

   1. A registration fee to cover the costs of programming

2. Swimming New Brunswick/Swimming Canada Registration Fee

   1. A one-time fee for registration with Swimming New Brunswick and Swimming Canada (our governing body) provides mandatory swimmer insurance. Each Pre-competitive and Competitive member of the Sackville Swim Club MUST be registered wtih Swim NB and Swim Canada. 
      

3. Fundraising Fee 

   1. A one-time fee charged once per family at registration that can be earned back through participation in a fundraising initiatives throughout the year.

Notes:

• Processing fees associated with each credit card or pre-authorized debit transaction on Pool Queue will NOT be charged to individual SSC Member accounts. You will have a choice of paying either by credit card OR pre-authorized debit. 
• Please note that the fee for pre-authorized debit transactions is significantly lower than the fee for credit card transactions. It would benefit the SSC financially if Members would consider using the Pre-authorized debit option.

Club Registration Fees vary by program. Information on each program fee is outlined on teh registration page, as well as below in a chart.

Payment Schedule

We offer three payment schedules for club fees:

• Monthly: Full season fees are averaged over the number of swim months per season to obtain the monthly payment amount. 
• Payment Schedule - Bi-annual: Full season fees are divided into two, with the first payment due at the start of the season and the second in January or February depending on length of season. Pool Queue uses the term "Payment Schedule" for this payment option.
• Sessional/Annual: Full season fees are paid in one lump-sum payment due at the start of the season. Pool Queue uses the term "Session" for this payment option. *(not available for January club registrants)

Note: the total annual cost is the same regardless of which payment schedule chosen (see fee tables below). The fees for the first month of swimming are due upon registration, regardless of the payment schedule you select.

Hammherheads - Junior Masters

The Hammerheads swim-for-life program is a block style programming offered three times a year. Each session must be paid in full at the time of registration

• Pre-Competitive: Mako
• Competitive: Blues, Great Whites, University, (Mako Max)
• Hammerheads and Minnows are not registered with Swim NB and Canada

Swim NB and Swimming Canada fees are a requirment of each Swim Clubs memebrship and provides required insurance coverage and administrative oversight

Notes: Reduced SNB and SNC fee if registration is after March 31st

SNB and SNC Payment Details

Excerpt as seen in the 2026-2027 National Registration Procedures and rules manual 

4.1 Swimming Canada does not refund registration fees to withdrawing Swimmers.
4.2 Registration between September 1 and March 31 will be invoiced at full cost
4.3 Swimmers registering in a Competitive registration type after March 31st will have their
Competitive type fee pro rated by 50%.
4.4 Pre-Competitive Swimmers moving into the Competitive stream will have their Competitive
type fee pro-rated by the Pre-Competitive fee. The 50% fee discount will be applied after
March 31st for Swimmers upgrading from Pre-Competitive to Competitive.
4.5 Swimming Canada invoices the PS for the season’s swimmer and coach registration fees in
April and September based on registration statistics collected on March 31 and August 31
respectively.

A one-time fee of $125 charged once per family at registration that can be earned back through participation in a fundraising initiatives throughout the year. A new fundraising coorindator will be working to provide ample opportunties to fundraise and earn these fees back.

January Registration Note: 
This fee is paid in full by all registrants who join the club prior to our primary winter/spring fundraising raffle. Swimmers who join after the completion of our team's primary winter/spring fundraiser are not required to submit this fee. Details on this can be addressed with the Registrar at the time of January registration.

To cancel your membership, a one-month notice must be given to our Treasurer and Registrar. This can be done via email: sackvilleswimclubtreasurer@gmail.com & sackvilleswimclubregistrar@gmail.com. A refund of Sackville Swim Club Registration Fee will be calculated at that time from one month from cancellation notice.

Note: As per Swim Canada and Swim NB policies, the SNB.SNC fees are non refundable. The Fundraising is also non-refundable.
